Bmw K

BMW is a world wide famous company which have experienced tremendous success with its alluring and outstanding models. The company with its four wheelers have achieved great success in the Indian market and a few days back announced to bring few flagship bikes to India.
The all time famous company is soon to introduce its two new bike models, BMW K 1600GT and BMW K 1300GT, to the Indian market being loaded with efficiency and high power. The new motor bikes are to possess latest and most stylish looks with efficient engine capacities that are powerful enough of generating eloquent torque.

The BMW K bikes are made fuel efficient and impressive enough being latest and advanced technology accommodated to them. The astonishing new bikes are packed with alloy wheels that assure greater stability and control. Multi Disc wet clutches which are hydraulically operated are equipped to both that assures easy changing of gears.
The famous company tag its new BMW K 1600GT and BMW K 1300GT with a cost price of Rs. 20,00,000 that perfectly justify their stand out features and belligerent looks. Both the bikes belong to sports segment and are made perfect enough to win the race with high speed.

KTM 125cc Duke

One of the motorcycles to make a big splash at the recent Intermot Show in Cologne, Germany was the little KTM 125cc Duke.
The bike is slated to reach European dealerships Spring of 2011. The 125cc Duke (which certainly had influence from KTM's new Indian partner/investor, Bajaj) retains the design cues of its bigger brothers, the 690cc and 990cc Dukes, and is aimed squarely at entry-level riders.

The liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 125cc engine is reported to produce 15 horsepower-presenting an easily tamed and unintimidating motorcycle for newbies-without the reciprocal goofy looks that often accompany smaller bikes.
Aside from the notion that the new mini-Duke must be a blast to ride, the small displacement motorcycle was obviously targeting the burgeoning business in affordable transportation for daily commuters in traffic-congested cities (read: the many densely populated cities of India).
A six-speed gearbox, chain drive, and signature chromoly trellis frame of its bigger brothers, the 125 Duke strikes a much more impressive stance than its 125cc displacement would suggest.
WP suspension components provide 6.3-inches of wheel travel front and rear and Brembo developed the single disc units.

The new Duke weighs in at 282 pounds fully fuelled. The 31.9-inch seat height, although somewhat high for some, will be quite manageable with the light weight.
Attractive graphics and loud, signature KTM orange hints infuse the 125 Duke with a sense of flare.
The bike is slated for release in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia, with the company rumored to be considering a North American version.

2012 Harley night rod special

His insatiable thirst for life is only surpassed by his monthly fuel bill. Whether rocketing on land, flying through the air, or jumping the seas, our Associate Editor does it all and has the scars to prove it.

Harley-Davidson riders seeking a more performance-oriented motorcycle will be interested in the 2012 H-D Night Rod Special. Based off the American Motor Company’s iconic V-Rod platform this new muscle cruiser features an updated chassis that makes the bike easier and more fun to ride.

At the heart of it is Harley’s liquid-cooled 1250cc Revolution-series V-Twin engine. This fuel-injected power plant was designed by Porsche so it goes without saying that this motorcycle has some get up and go. It features double overhead camshafts and dual four-valve cylinder heads along with a five-speed transmission with a sportbike-derived clutch that puts power to the fat 240mm rear Michelin Scorcher tire via a belt final drive.
The engine and chassis components are powder coated black for a more sinister look.

Suzuki vStrom650

Suzuki has released a teaser silhouette of what they are calling a new Middle-Class Motorcycle. The official Suzuki site appears to be following the lead of rival marque Triumph which strung out the unveiling of its Tiger 800 for what seemed like a year. Hopefully, Suzuki will not follow suit and some details will be revealed sooner rather than later. As it stands right now, this is what we expect to see.

The presentation of the Middle-Class Motorcycle is limited to a line drawing and some tag lines which hint that this could be a middleweight adventure touring motorcycle. It would seem logical that Suzuki will play off of the success of the street-biased V-Strom and build a bike modeled after the V-Strom 1000 or V-Strom 650, possibly meeting somewhere in the middle with an all-new new challenger for the venerable BMW F800GS or the new Triumph Tiger 800 XC.

Yamaha Maxam

These bikes are here for a purpose; to make you jealous and make you drool. These include some amazing creations by Bikeshop Rodeo, Gull Craft (with their Honda Forza modifications), a Yamaha Maxam (that’s got just few hours before it comes under the hammer) and some bikes whose images have spilt forth and have created pandemonium among tweak freaks. This collection of bikes includes bikes of all shapes and sizes, of all color combinations and crazy lighting effects. You know the fact that the scooter isn't just a silly mode of transport that’s for old men and country folk to adore. These are crazy, sexy, new and refreshingly hot!

FGR Midalu 2500 v6

If big-bore street bikes are what get your engine going, you'll probably already be intimately familiar with the Triumph Rocket III Roadster, but you may not have heard of this new Czech bike.

While the Rocket III derives motive force from a 2.3-litre inline three-cylinder engine that shreds rear tyres quicker than Paris Hilton can sell a salacious video, the FGR Midalu is powered by a 2.4-litre V6.

Compare the stats and it seems that the FGR Midalu 2500 V6 (to use its official name) cranks out 240hp (176kW), 92 more than the Rocket III's 148hp (109kW). While the FGR Midalu belts out way more ponies, peak torque of 200Nm doesn't quite match the Triumph's 221Nm.

Nevertheless, the big-bore Czech streetfighter is claimed to be around 100kg lighter than its British rival, tipping scales at around 270kg, compared to 367kg.

The FGR Midalu reaches this light weight (relatively speaking) thanks to a basic trellis-style frame and lots of carbon fibre fittings, such as the fuel tank and seat unit. It also features a nicely designed six-shooter exhaust system exiting underneath the seat unit.

The bike was created by Miroslav Felgr and the project has been part funded by the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

Built by Czech Republic 125cc MotoGP team FGR, the beastly Midalu is an interesting design and the bespoke hand-made engine would probably be worth the price of admission alone, crackling into life every time its ignited.

At present the FGR Midalu 2500 V6 motorcycle is still in a prototypical stage, but if potential buyers express enough interest and the project gains funding, we could see a limited production run the future.

Harley-Davidson

Here are some of the finest Harley-Davidson range of apparel, accessories and riding gear that are all currently on sale at Harley-Davidson dealerships across India.
But that's not the only difference that the Superlow has with the Iron 883. The fuel tank itself is more teardrop shaped – rather than angled and tall, the Superlow’s tank is curvy and sits, well, low!

The centre of gravity has quite obviously dropped by a bit as well and coupled with the Superlow’s 120/70 ZR18 front and150/60 ZR17 rear tyres, it makes for some really slithering handling – something riders will much appreciate in heavy city traffic

After much ado, America's most successful motorcycle-maker has graced the Indian shores. Yes, we are talking about the iconic and cult brand Harley Davidson, which has enticed and charmed over a million bikers around the world...
